Prescription lenses are non-refundable: Frames fitted with corrective lenses are custom-made to your prescription and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your prescription details before placing your order.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item must be in its original condition — unworn or lightly tried on, with no scratches or damage.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  4. We process your request Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
