Warranty Policy
GUNNAR stands behind every pair. Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects on all frames and lenses — because your vision deserves nothing less.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects on all GUNNAR frames — 2 years from date of purchase.
- Frame or lens defects on prescription eyewear — 2 years from date of purchase. Note: lens scratches are considered normal wear and are not covered.
- Prescription lens adaptation guarantee — 1 month from date of purchase.
How to Submit a Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted through your customer account on our website. To initiate a return or warranty request, log in to your account and use the product return tab in your customer space.
A valid warranty claim requires:
- Purchase made directly on gunnar.fr.
- A valid RMA number (return authorization) received by email after submitting your request.
If the original model is no longer available or out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid on gunnar.fr.
